A wise trader must equip him or herself with a method to minimize any possible risk that may occur. And risk management is a must have tool to do that. Risk Management is a strategy to manage risk and limit it by putting a stop order. Stop order helps traders to control the risk from losing the entire margin. You can also put a stop order as an insurance of your profit. When there is a correction on the market you will be protected by your stop profit.
Market Analysis
Market movement is based on demand and supply changes. It is influenced by fundamental, technical and psychological factors. It is necessary to have basic knowledge of the three factors.
Fundamental
Fundamental factors cover Trade Balance, GDP, Unemployment Rate, Interest Rate, Inflation Rate, Country Risk, internal or external political policy, market sentiments and expectations along with other factors.
Technical
Technical factor covers market price movement shown in numbers, charts, or graphics, equipped with current psychological price or level.
Psychological
Psychological Factor covers intuitions based on experience and sentiments towards market.
